How do I know which service I need?
You do not need to choose the technical category yourself. Describe what you want to achieve and we will review and route the request.
What is the difference between Support and Services?
Support helps with the Ursus theme itself, including guidance and theme-related issues. Services are paid project work where we set up, adapt, upgrade or build agreed custom work for your storefront.
Does every request become a project?
No. We review each request for scope, fit, capability and availability before confirming whether we can take it on.
Can every customisation be carried into a new major theme version?
Not necessarily. During a Theme Upgrade, we review the current store and confirm which relevant custom work can be carried forward, re-applied or adapted.
What if my request is broader than Ursus Services?
Broader bespoke work may be reviewed separately and, where appropriate, referred to Bearplus for separate assessment.
